Your order will shipped once payment has been approved and the delivery and billing address has been verified. You will receive an email once your order has been dispatched, including instruction on how to track your order.

Your shipping confirmation

Your shipping confirmation email will include the tracking number for your package. You can track your order using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email. All deliveries require a signature, please ensure somebody is in to sign for the goods.

Wich country do we ship?

We only ship within the Netherlands and European Union Countries. Shipping within the Netherlands is €6.-. If you order more than one product, the delivery costs will remain the same. All orders shipped within the Netherlands are delivered using courier delivery via Post NL. For the rest of European Union, your order will be deliver via FedEx.

How to trace your order?

You can trace your package by using the tract and trace code, witch will be provides by email after sending your package. Delivered packages will require your signature. Our courier service will offer the package, with a maximum of three times. If you are unable to take receipt of your package personally, instructions will be left at the delivery address and your order can be picked up at the nearest Post office.

When does DY deliver?

DonnaYara, aims to send your order to the given address within 2- 4 working days, after we have received your payment and if the item is available.

Your package has not arrived?

Using the tracking number provided at the time of order, your package can be tracked on PostNL or Fedex’s website. These common carriers scan your package at each stage of delivery and can provide you with more accurate location information. Remember, for international orders, it might take up to two weeks for the package to get to your home. you can aslo contact customer service, they will help you and see why youd did’t get your package.

Return policy

Our aim is to deliver a perfect product. Nevertheless, if you are not satisfied with your online order from DonnaYara, you can return your products within 10 working days once you have received your order at DonnaYara Showroom or send your returns to adress below: DonnaYara Studio & Showroom hoogstraat 68, 3111 HK Schiedam The Netherlands

Return conditions

You can return the product within 10 working days, once you have receive your order. Products must be returned clean nor damage and have all their tags, original packing and in the same condition as you received them provided with a copy of the invoice.

Please note that we need to register your return within 10 working days once you have received your order. DonnaYara will not be responsible for the delivery costs for these retours.

If we did not send your returned product(s) retour within 10 working days, your return has been declared as accepted. You will be refunded as soon as possible, and within a maximum of 10 working days, via the account used for payment.

Returning a package

  • If it possible provide us with a tract and trace number. DonnaYara suggests you get a receipt and package ID for the return from the delivery service, as it makes it easier to follow the return shipment if needed.
  • If a returned item is shipped international, please clearly mark the package ‘ RETURNED GOODS’, to avoid any customs charges. DonnaYara is NOT responsible for any return custom charges made. Any charges incurred are the responsibility of the customer.

For packages that are not cashed at your post office within 10 days, DonnaYara reserves the right to charge you a handling fee to cover return shipping and freight companies’ administrative costs.
